I like meeting for DRINKS ONLY for the first date. Sometimes people get ideas in their head about what a person is going to be like and when that person does not fit the mold they had prescribed, it can be uncomfortable. By committing to no more than drinks, it gives both parties options on what, if anything, they will do together next.
J'ai toujours voulu essayer
Pole-dancing! I've heard it's actually very good excercise and works the core muscles really well. The workout that I consistently do is a mix of strip aerobics and yoga, but I really want to do the tricks on the pole.

pretty much anything that is different from the daily grind, as long as I get to do it with people who I enjoy. My favorite thing is just to get out of town on the weekends. It doesn't necessarily need to be an expensive or far away trip, just outta my area and we must leave the cell phones, computers, and other gadgets at home.
