Ich würde mich selbst beschreiben als
Hi. I guess it is difficult to describe myself, but I will try my best. I had been married for 25 years. In all that time, our family Golden Retriever was where we got love. It seems strange to say that "Ginger" loved me and I loved her. Actually, a lot of dogs and cats get very attached to me. It almost seems like they can sense when somebody likes them. She would go "crazy" when I got home at night. What a dog that Ginger was!
I have always felt that the "talking part" was maybe the most important part of a great relationship. Being a Gemini, I am able to converse, and converse very well. I can tell you jokes, entertain you with all kinds of interesting ideas. And maybe, when a couple gets to be 99, that is all that remains. One thing for sure, I feel, is that words are needed for the heart, mind, and soul to come together.
I do not feel that people that do not talk much are deficient. I am sure that there are great couples where they just sit there quietly. But for me, the talking part is one of the main pleasures and I would feel lonesome if my partner did not say much (that is what happened in my 25 year marriage).
Because I am a physician, I have been keeping active and fit. Hate to sound like I am bragging, but I can actually do 100 push-ups. Running from one terminal to another at the Dallas airport is no problem for me, and as a result, my waist size is 32 inches.
My main hobby is painting. Actually, when I was a kid, I wanted to be a painter, but my father recommended against it because painters have a hard time earning a living. But I always did it on the side, and I love going to museums, art galleries.
And finally, I feel that one must look to the higher power to help us, to bring out the best in us. Life has enough difficulties that we may go under, without the help of a higher power.
