I am ready for big (and small) changes in my life. As I leave behind the world of work and schedules I am exploring ALL new possibilities. The biggest thing I have discovered is I don't want to do it alone!
I love KC (sometimes not the weather). I like to explore areas I'm not familiar with. I like to try local restaurants, shops, music venues, recreation spots of all kinds, etc. I love to to go to galleries and museums and I enjoy the thriving arts scene in the city. I often go out to listen to live music. I love everything from concerts to local dives. BUT!!!! I have been traveling lately and I am thinking about relocating. I have no idea where I will end up but I am very excited about exploring new possibilities!
I love to garden and I have built my own pond. I love to work on my house. I stay fit by eating clean, swimming, power walking and yoga.
It goes without saying I am looking for someone that is faithful, honest and caring. I am at a very good place in my life. I am happily retired from art teaching and owning a business. I am fortunate to be able to spend my time doing whatever I choose. I am closing out my business so I can devote my time to my mate, my friends and my family.
I have lived my life with great passion and I want to share that with my mate. I am retired from work but not from life. I don't want to sit back and watch, I want to create new adventures. I want to jump on a plane at a moments notice to see a concert or an art exhibition. I want to be with someone who shares my excitement for life. When the day is over I want to share a good meal, a good conversation and the intimacy of two people who adore and respect each other.
