I'm an animal lover & and I love nature in general. Until relatively recently I lived by the sea, and I miss the sea air. I like to gaze at the stars at night and spend time among the trees by day when possible. I was born and raised in South West London and moved out to Kent as a teenager.
I'm a firm believer in laughter as the best medicine for all ills. And if that doesn't work I'll try a pint of Guinness. ;)

Living, laughing, loving with the right person. Looking at the world with a heavy slice of humour. Sometimes quiet, other times raucous. Being in the moment. Singing, playing, being on a beach, in a forest, up a mountain. Reading, writing, talking, walking, running 20 yards then resting for a couple of hours. Talking to animals, listening to nature, meditation, cooking when somebody else does the washing up. Eating when somebody else cooks. Etc.
