Friends say I'm easy going, reliable, loyal and trusting which makes me sound like a Golden Retriever! I value honesty, respect and trust in people, which may mean I have old fashioned values in treating people. I am very interested in Mindfulness, Meditation and Self-improvement and have Diplomas in each one as well as a Stress Management Training Diploma, I am also a qualified Mental Health First-Aider. I'd like to find a soulmate to enjoy the future and share experiences with.
